The Intensive recording is from a live recording on JANUARY 11th, 2025

As always we suggest you attend live to get the most out of any Intensive. We understand not everyone is able to do so. In this particular original session there were some video freezes, glitches, and delays in the recording.

Due to this, Allen has written detailed work on many of the moves and routines to make it all clear. This more detailed and close-up examination of his work will be found as two PDF downloadable eBooks in your files. These eBooks and notes will add additional depth to the original teaching and also make clearer anything that might be a little harder to fully grasp due to some video glitches in the original session. We are downplaying the original Intensive recording here due to these glitches. There is still plenty to watch and learn from that recording, but we are suggesting that you can learn most from the eBooks and the short closely shot clips of the moves. Then the Intensive recording will be more of a bonus with additional insights.
